How many Sessions/Treatments will I need?

As each individual’s energy system is unique, the number of sessions required is dependent on your personal progress.

In most cases of treatment for stress and general relaxation, effects are immediate and one feels better within one session, however, it must be taken into consideration that more severe imbalances are not created overnight and one cannot expect to rebalance the system overnight.

The practitioner is better equipped to advise on the number of sessions needed after the first consultation, and can based on this develop a treatment plan suited to your specific needs.
